Located in the heart of Dallas, TX, La Franquicía is a seasonal dining experience. One table, 12 seats, and one shared experience.​

Led by Chef Francisco De Jesus, whose experience and deep respect for food shape every part of the experience. With a focus on thoughtful technique and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, he creates dishes that feel both refined and grounded. Each plate is built with intention, balancing flavor, texture, and creativity, turning simple ingredients into a dining experience that feels elevated without ever feeling fussy. There is a sense of honesty in the way the food is prepared and cooked, letting the ingredients speak for themselves while still carrying a quiet sense of craft.​​

The goal is never to make food complicated, but to make it memorable.​​At its core, La Franquicía is about bringing people together through honest cooking and genuine hospitality; and less about a specific cuisine and more about creating a feeling of community, warmth, and intentionality behind each dish.
